About the Author

Christine Adams is the daughter of a Vietnamese immigrant. She is now a mother of three and wife to Ryan. After having her first daughter, she decided to retire from the workforce so she can focus on her children. Her days are filled with Cocomelon, charades, Ring Around The Rosie, chasing kids to the Jaws theme song and chauffeuring everyone to ice skating, ballet and piano lessons. Her nights are eased with wine and truffle potato chips. When she isn't mommying, you can find her cooking traditional Vietnamese dishes, promenading through Costco with her husband, or buying superfluous things like a meat slicer. Christine is a big foodie, but her last meal on earth will forever be crawfish and boba tea.
